Leading Real Estate Service Provider Grows Market Presence by Merging with Prudential Brokerage

Findlay, Ohio. (December 19, 2012) -- CENTURY 21 Koehler & Associates is pleased to announce the expansion of its Findlay market presence by merging with Prudential Chaslo Realty, Inc.

"Prudential Chaslo Realty has been a Findlay landmark since 1980 and I feel fortunate that we are able to merge our offices together,” said James Koehler II, owner of CENTURY 21 Koehler & Associates. “Broker/Owner Stephen Loach and his sales professionals have developed Prudential Chaslo Realty into one of the largest real estate agencies in the area. Steve will remain with CENTURY 21 Koehler and Associates as a Broker/Associate."

CENTURY 21 Koehler & Associates is part of a rich real estate tradition started by James’s father Jim Koehler back in 1957 when he first became licensed.  Since that time the Koehler family has been involved in every aspect of the real estate business in and around Hancock County.  James Koehler II became a member of the CENTURY 21 System in 2010 and will add 30 new sales agents in the merger giving him a total of 45 agents, CENTURY Koehler & Associates will be the largest real estate agency in terms of sales professionals in the Findlay market, and the second largest in terms of transactions.

CENTURY 21 Koehler & Associates will be relocating its office to the Prudential Chaslo Realty, Inc. location at 2103 Tiffin Avenue in Findlay. Koehler will continue to lead operations as the management team from Prudential Chaslo Realty, Inc. comes on board to support daily operations.
